Hi and sorry for the late response. The notification ended up in my junk folder and I only just noticed it.

English is the primary language and it is a multi-lingual site with French as one of the languages.  When the user requires the pwd reminder the default language will be English I assume. However, we want the pwd reminder in French when either a) the user has clicked the French flag. Or b) the browser language is French. I was assuming dnn would be able to work this out even if the user is not logged in.   Otherwise what's the point?

So you are suggesting that the users preferred locale must be set in their profile for it to work?  I'll test it out.
